Holidays have officially ended for me!! Let me Explain. From about October 31st ~ February 14th, I am on Holiday High Alert. But with Valentines Day now complete. I can take this time to look back, decompress, and evaluate stuff. Like how the Holidays were NUTS for me! We had: Halloween, The (U.S.) Election, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, My Birthday, then Valentines Day. If that wasn't already hectic enough I told myself I wanted to get back into Art in Late 2024. Not just get back into it, but to "Own It". Unlike I did back before 2015. Which then, I was at around 800 Watches here on Fur Affinity alone. So, I've looked back and I've made some observations comparing myself back then, to now. Like My Style, My Audience, and My Presence.

My Style seems to have been effected from the long term absence. Expressions seem duller. And Shapes don't flow onto paper how I imagine them. Especially compared to my older works. Mentality could be effecting me performance, because I have more anxiety today in 2025 than I did back in 2015. My Age might also play a small factor too but, I would say Age = Experience, thus my age should be benefiting me more so than hindering me. But going back to Mentality. I'm not in the best mindscapes in 2025. Poverty and Medical issue plague me. And I think, a Happy Artist makes Happy Illustrations. And I'm seeing the results from the Artist Perspective. I am working on stuff behind the scenes to help assists in those departments, but we'll have to wait and see.

My Audience is an amusing category. To explain, I post a variety of themes and kinks. I post Lengthy Descriptions and Set-Up Pieces for my more Kinkier Pin-Ups. And the numbers show it all via "Stats". Like how Non-Watchers DON'T "click" those Build-Up illustrations. Compared to the BDSM, WAM, Kinkier Images. I always get more Favorites on my more Fetishy works compared to the tamer illustrations. All this considering I have NOT Inked or Colored any of my works. This tells me I should double down on Inking and Coloring, before delving too much deeper into the numbers. But keep in mind audience, I am keeping my eyes on those "Stats" for roughly 2 weeks after an illustration is posted.

Lastly, my Presence has been GREATLY expanded on the Internet, compared to my pre-2015 days. I have created Socials, rebuilt Galleries, and a established a Discord Handle, all to better interact with fellow Artist and Fans. I just need to follow up with doing more with my art before Expecting more viewership in return. Overall though, I feel like I may be hitting a tad below par all things considered. But not burning myself out is VERY good thing in this business. In conclusion, this self assessment was average. It let's me keep myself in check. But it also reminds me I need to maintain my efforts and keep trying new things even though I might be uncomfortable doing them at first. We'll be continuing my Weekly Post schedule unless TOO MUCH art is being backlogged and I need the excuse to post more. I have some Fanarts in cue to share soon. Oh, oh!! I also want to share I have Brainstormed my "Thanks for 100" post. But that's enough rambling for now. Ciao!
