I was a beta wave, but haven't had much luck. There is no NSFW toggle, so all NSFW stuff just doesn't get promoted. Not even sure my SFW stuff does. I think a lot of commissions are actually from off-site, but are directed on-site because it feels like there's some sort of security from the buyer.
Both Vgen and Paypal take fees, so I think it's about 10% loss for on-site commissions.

However, I think a site that has built-in character reference pages that customers can link their artists to is great, and I hope Vgen can keep it up.

And from what I saw, the site seemed pretty solid, they even let you use their queue or external ones like trello.
