Olive-Shark invited me to do the art for her short visual novel, as part of the Love + Attraction Game Jam hosted by Nikko!
My original goal was to make the character sprites, backgrounds, and several CGs (special illustrations) - unfortunately with me moving apartments this month, I had limited time and a late start - in the end, for this initial release, I finished the character sprites and *one* (1) important CG. But this isn't the end for this project! We want to spend some more time on it after the jam is over - I know I at least want to draw my own backgrounds and the rest of the CGs I was envisioning.
Please check out this visual novel! It's a really special, beautiful story, and it has been an honor to illustrate it! ❤

Olive did such a great job on the narration and dialogue, and you did such a great job on the sprites! I love the design and personalities of Melrose and Larchmont as well their dynamics! Without saying too much, I’m very curious about how the story will move forward with the challenges they face along with the connection they share.
The spicy parts are also really hot 💕
Looking forward to what you guys do next with this!
I can't wait to add some more art to it personally!
