the past week or two i really have been struggling with my mental health, my mind has taken a very dark turn, and i'm genuinely scared of myself for some of the thoughts i'm having
i don't want to live like this but i don't want to die
im so tired of everything, and yet i lie awake at night drowning in my own problems that i have no energy to even try to start fixing
