Generic OMGWTF IT'S CHRISTMAS sentiments to all, and I'm pumped for it too! Family, friends, hot cocoa by the fire, all the classic things affiliated with sugarplums a-dancing. As I write this, I am taking time away from some quite decidedly last-minute gift wrapping. Procrastination at it's finest. Yet the best gifts are sometimes not able to be wrapped, and sometimes even unable to be given. One of my friends, my closest friend even, wants only one thing for the holidays, and that is to get out of his house and away from Johnson City, NY. We will be moving to Daytona or thereabouts in the late summer, but neither of us want to wait that long, and I can't blame him. I wish I could just show up on his doorstep with an envelope labeled DELTA and we'd be off.

Why am I saying this? I don't rightly know. Possibly because it's nigh on 1:30 in the morning, possibly because I want so badly to help him out. Or maybe it's just because i'm tired of wrapping gifts and needed something else to do. I don't know.

Anyways, Time's a-wastin' and I need to finish what I was doing, so I can catch some rack time before my family creates a wrapping paper snowstorm. Merry Christmas to all, and especially to my friend, you know who you are.
