I do not have the entire story and sequence of events planned out and set in stone, but I want to have somewhere to post a general overview of what the story would have been without going into many minute details.
This is the end of the story. Or the jist of it. I never really came up with a definitive end, but I was close to it.
Rah and Taiga take on their respective rivals at the same time. Even with the abberant forms (which they did not revert to intentionally, they simply were unable to hold them back in this fight), they are not able to stand against them. But, nearing death, the two decide to risk it all for one final plan; absorbing each other (Remember, Rahtinah can absorb others, and with their connection, Taiga can do so as well in this scenario). They do so and take victory, but eventually their seperate forms would become one: Hope.
"Hope", while retaining the memories of Rah and Taiga, is still its own being. It decides to, for now, look around at the surface world as it is no longer harmed by light. It doesn't have much issue keeping out of sight of security, and it watches the various humans while remaining cloaked, noting similarities and differences with how Yondards lived. She eventually finds an older man on her way to her ultimate goal; a meeting with Yondard Prime. The old man seems surprised but unafraid of Hope, noting that it reminded him of how much his deceased wife was very curious about Yondards. However, Prime deemed her and others a nuisance and a threat and imprisoned them. That was the last time he saw his wife, Yolonda.
Hope makes their way to Yondard Prime, easily taking out its defenses. Despite what Prime believes, though, as it prepares to defend itself, Hope has no desire to actually fight. But Fennia, who also arrives and is changed, wants to kill Prime. Only, she wants to do it as "Yolonda". The three fight until Hope subdues Yolonda, and demands that Prime stands down. Hope extracts what's left of Kira as Yolonda begs them not to take her remaining friend, especially since Kolruu, Rah, and Taiga are gone. Even telling her that they are comprised of Rah and Kolruu doesn't mean much. Hope 'reverts' back to Taiga and Rah (well, revert is not the best term. "Taiga and Rahtinah" are still Hope, but also Taiga and Rahtinah's personalities.) and tries to console Yolonda, which takes some time.
Meanwhile, Prime admits that it has done some awful things, but had become jaded with constant uprisings from humans and Yondards for many, many years. No matter what, it was hated, and over time it became less and less concerned with being 'kind' and more about trying to get control of things.
Admittedly this is where it ends, as I never decided on what happens after the fight.
