Life Stability is Returning

Albeit slowly...
As of a month ago, I went through a rare brain surgery known as a Hemispherectomy. It isn't common, but when medication doesn't work there aren't many other options available other than straight out working on the brain itself. It was not easy nor quick. Had to spend an entire month with probes inside my head to test if I was capable of the procedure to begin with. I'm happy there hasn't been a seizure since. Naturally, there are some side effects, but they're manageable. The one frustrating one is losing language now and then. Not completely, but I can lose a word in a sentence while talking. I could be talking about building a new desk in my room but forget the word "desk" while talking to someone. Not the end of the world, especially when some patients have much tougher side effects. Oh, and I have a very fashionable scar now that takes up a large side of my head. Once my hair grows back then it'll be mostly covered.
Another big bit of news is that I moved into a new place. It's luckily not too far from where I used to live. This all happened while I was in the hospital, too. It's a tad smaller but I made due with what I had. Just a few days ago I built a whole new desk for my room.
I don't want to jinx it, but between having the surgery done and the big move across town, I've also picked up the old drawing habit again. For the moment, I've picked up an old sketch I had in the back burners for awhile. Bleiz is geared up (Not naked, surprising, I know) and ready for a fistfight in his military gear. You can see the work in progress here, in the scrapes --> https://www.furaffinity.net/view/60510091/

I'm glad you are holding up well! Also I apologize that I wasn't able to check in on you! (Life trying to get me) But it makes me happy with hearing the procedure though having the side effects of it your still going strong! Super happy you didn't have the seizures!☺️✨️
And you gotta new place? That's wonderful dude!^-^ Your making it work and that's what counts!^^
You've done alot within the month! Glad your drawing spirit hasn't waned! I actually seen when you uploaded it not too long ago when seeing this!^-^ Really love the polish on Bleiz!😊
Can't wait to see what he looks like fully in his military gear!☺️✨️💖
Hope all is going well on your end of things.
I bet you could find a ay to rock the ''scar style'', haha, although for now you could update your fursona with the scar. It'd be cool because it would have a story and direct connection to you rather than a random scar for sake of it.
