Prefacing this as someone who prefers to be prey, enjoys a level of familiarity/trust between both parties, whose ideal size difference is slightly less extreme than macro/micro, and gets a kick out of both sides enjoying the physical aspect of it all:

Multiple-gulp swallows! Love the aspect of the pred having to work prey down - not exactly struggling, but not making it a one-and-done deal. As the prey, I like to imagine the passage down the throat is elastic/tight enough that gravity alone can't pull you down entirely, even when thoroughly coated in saliva. And while we're on the topic of throats, always love a well-formed throat bulge - not to the level of skin-tight, but vaguely readable form has been growing on me, especially for more detailed art styles.

Intestines! Just the inclusion of them in an x-ray where they're not actively in use is nice to see, but seeing them occupied and busy is such a treat - seems they've been a little more prevalent in recent times! Plenty of quality time for both parties to enjoy each others' company, and I'm blaming the FTR series for making 'em look particularly enjoyable for the pred to feel someone squirming through.

It’s hard to pick just one thing! The adventure of exploring a new maw and belly and really getting to know them inside and out! The beauty of the views those provide! The closeness to the pred being a great comfort when I already know them! Just a strong sense of being where I belong! I just love every (arguably SFW) part of it!

Initially it was the tightness and comfort, but I’ve grown to like the shape of the belly and maws, and the dominance/control of it. And the teasing.
