Scammers, I just opened myself up for commission. What are these scammers You're talking about?
Are they trying to get free art from you, Or are they trying to get like your banking information.

Just making sure, since I recent got someone coming to on Discord asking me for a commission. They ask for a link to my "art profile page" so they can discuss commission, but that sorta make me suspicious since the person had nothing writen in their Discord profile and seem to be created recently. Of course, I ask them for their profile and they gave me their Instagram profile. I checked and it seems they had nothing there.

I don't know what that's about, but it's better safe than sorry.

Yeah if a person asks for art but doesnt follow you anywhere, yeah that is a red flag.

If a fan wants art, they should already be a furry and have a profile some where, even if its empty there should be a form of residency.

I sold art to someone who had nothing on his inkbunny but had a references sheet of his character so it worked out.

Some people dont upload their art sometimes and keep their stuff private but as long as they have a profile or account on Inkbunny, FA, SoFurry etc, not X/Twitter if its empty, but
a furry account. Then it should be fine but still be aware that scammers can be in furry form as well.

Set it as digital goods and send invoice through paypal, and should be covered by some sort of protection but the time is limited so get it done in time.

Scammers better be careful or a Dexus twin might have to pay them a little visit...
