Something very very frustrating is having ideas for things you want to plant, or do, or build, but you can't because you live at home, and you live in a suburb, and your neighbors will complain, and your parents will complain. And every house that comes up for sale is grossly overpriced and out of your price range because people from all over are flooding your state in droves.
