Rough day I'm afraid so that's why we're a bit late today but at least the objectives of the day as it evolved were met better than anticipated, even helping a harasses staff member in one store just left to get on with putting out a by the till special product and chatting away with another.

That's what you miss with this online shopping thing, it's quick can come in a day or so but there's little real interaction which is why if I need to email a store, I try to put something in for the staff member to show understanding and appreciation.
