Think I may of almost recovered from this cough and sneeze thing eventually that's been with me for almost a month and we're almost at the end of the month that does rather remind me to say no journal next friday as i'm gonna be away for a bit and I won't have time for all that and writing elsewhere so really that's it as by the time i'm back and another weekly routine continues so it may be that it won't be by 5th I'll be on top of things.

Just dealt with a change of circumstances involving many phone calls to various bodies whose structures are not the most straightforward one drop out and a text message that made no sense but we do have a blog this week:
