Thank you for the links, Uncle Star. I'd only ever known of the members of the Beach Boys by their fame and a few songs. As a kid, they were icons of a California dream. Despite my ignorance, my heart goes out to their families and those who knew them by name. Truly, the Beach Bears highlighted a culture of travelers, surfers, and adventurers. The Beach Bears leave a mark in history when even rebels had a wholesomeness about them.
