Really having a hard time folks...

[CW politics, news, current events]
Seriously don't read this if you don't want to know about news or politics or current events because I'll go into a lot of that here.
You really don't have to read all of this and the solution is of course to touch grass, but that's not as easy as you might think it is for me for reasons I'd really rather not go into.
I'm in a sort of death spiral where all of this 👇 makes me unmotivated, so I spend more time on social media and my feeds are filled with such stuff. But that makes me dread the future which makes me even more unmotivated, and so it continues. In theory, stopping using social media or curating my feeds more would solve this but it won't stop what's happening and I can't unlearn what I've learned to reverse the effect it's having on me.
I'm so tired of the rapid decline of global stability, it feels like there's more bad news every day and I don't mean 2000s "this bad thing happened but things will return to the norm in a few weeks for the most part", I mean "steps towards the global collapse of democracy and takeover by objectively evil tech oligarchs". If you don't know what I mean about objectively evil tech oligarchs then trust me, you're better off not knowing - it's mentally damaging to know who is actually in control of the USA and aiming to control other countries and usurp their democracies, and what these people believe in. It's not a conspiracy theory, there's nothing theoretical about it, the people involved have openly spoken about it at conferences, in interviews, talk shows, and on their own blogs. I'm avoiding mentioning names for my own safety. I don't even live in the USA but they're pushing their agenda in my country too.
Victories that should feel big, like massive protests across the USA, seem like a drop in the ocean compared to the breakneck speed that everything is falling apart.
Where we are at:
Completely ineffective opposition to far right pushes to end democracy all over the west. Over a decade of a propaganda mill in the mainstream media and social media, owned by people who would benefit from the erosion of regulations, rights, freedoms and public services that keep people safe.
Politicians that watch their sociopathic leaders threaten to invade sovereign countries, then continue working like it's business usual. That watch opponents get assassinated and say nothing. (You can be sure whatever happens to that assassin, Luigi is going to be worse off than him)
Deportation of immigrants to foreign slave labor camps.
Unchallanged spread of polluting, resource-guzzling AI data centers that make a mockery of efforts to reduce pollution and fossil fuel dependence.
Even worse, AI being used in Gaza as a tool to select and eliminate targets and detach people responsible from the act and its consequences. Don't forget the imperial boomerang.
Billionaires and the previously mentioned tech oligarchs consolidating power everywhere.
120 million acres of US land planned for sale, and some of it will likely go to tech oligarchs that want to create a network state world (IYKYK).
Denmark voted for a US defence bill completely against the interests of its own citizens.
What could be next?
Civil war in the US and genocide of civilians opposed to far-right regime, carried out by AI-controlled murder drones and robots owned by a certain tech oligarch PMC.
Totalitarian control of the USA enforced via the same technology combined with the largest and most real-time database of surveillance-state information, enabling the termination of opposition
Long-term war in the middle east.
Departure of the USA from NATO, weakening the alliance and emboldening Putin and his imperialist agenda and likely to lead to a challenge to article 5.
Election of anti-democratic, far-right, post-truth dictator-appeasing politicians across the rest of the West.
Mass unemployment caused by replacement of workers by AI. Destitution and even greater wealth inequality, driving even more people to the far right.
Multipolarity; completion of the collapse of the post-WWII international order.
Possible US war with Western countries including Canada & those in Europe that reject coups of their democracies by US oligarchs.
Refugee crises caused by climate change-induced damage in the southern hemisphere.
Wars over resources.
How is anyone supposed to be motivated when this is what we're up against?
I'm afraid what I describe could be next is locked in because of decisions that have been made over the last few days, weeks and months.
I've already thought about what I can do with my own tiny agency to nudge things, I've been donating most of my disposable income to campaigns and petitions that oppose erosion of democracy and individual rights, political corruption and overextension of corporate power, but even if I could send 100% of my income every month it would be a drop in the ocean compared to the diabolical wealth of opponents that seek to benefit from these problems.
I've considered joining local nonprofit community organizations that grow produce, pick up litter, do community engagement stuff etc. but I wonder whether it will make any relevant difference to what I've raised here.
I've thought about printing off stuff to put in mailboxes with information of what's going on to try and wake people up, but I fear deep down it would overwhelmingly be a waste of time as people would totally disregard the information without any research or a moment's consideration, or they would just disbelieve it.
I've thought about joining protests but there are no ongoing major protests in my country at the moment, at least none near me that I know of.
There is a a politician in my extended family but I don't have much of a personal connection with him and I'd say in some ways he's not that far from being on the wrong side of history. What I can't deny is that he works hard and I don't know I'd have the skills to do what he does.
I don't really know how to conclude this so I guess it's just a vent journal with an abrupt end.
