Dying from the heat

We have VERY hot weather now, I feel fine at 20 degrees, now we have 32, and forecasts promise that the temperature will rise even more to 39-40. WE HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH HEAT

I live in Florida and as I'm typing this it's 96 F, but I'm blessed to have AC. Best wishes wherever you're at you're able to find access to one!! We're used to it here, but nowhere else is, and I feel for all the Europeans and Midwesterners right now.
