Hey there everyone, god, it's been over a years since I posted anything here. I'm sorry for vanishing on all of you, and thank you to those who reached out to check on me or ask how I was, I really appreciated it, even if I was silent.

Things had been really really hard for the last year. I was struggling alot with mental health, and the FA stuff going on didn't help matters as well. I was fighting really hard just to ensure I could pay my rent and my bills.

But, I'm doing a little better. Things are more stable, and I've started to recover. I figured I should try and post up a journal.

Sorry to those who I said I'd try and write something. Life has been hard, and my new job tends to take up a lot of my time. And it can be hard to focus on other ideas without a really strong inspiration to grab me and drag me kicking and screaming to the keyboard to work on it.

That being said, I've not been idle necessarily. Though I'm curious if people would be interested here.

I've always been a bit of a fan of Sonic. And over the last few months, well....That grew to hyper-fixation levels, I've fallen in love with the IDW comics and the characters within, the Chaotix being my favorite.

And to try and get back into writing, I decided to try a little 'short story' challenge following the Zombot Arc of the IDW Comic. For those who don't know, it's basically a zombie virus arc that turns people into robots bent on infecting others. One of the greatest and darkest arcs, highly recommend if you haven't read it.

But I decided to try a take on it myself, you know, for fun to get back into writing after I basically had almost no success over the last year.

I figured, a couple thousand words, and I'd slowly ease back in the saddle.

And....a week and a half later....

We're at 103k and climbing....

So...ya, It's still a work in progress. And I'd need to find good sections to break it up to post here as either individual chapters or 'sections'.

But would something taking place in the Sonic Universe be interesting to you, featuring both original characters, and of course, the cast we all know and love.

I'd love to hear from you all on this, cause, I'll be honest, it's gonna be a ton of work to edit and piece out the sections and get it uploaded here. So hearing from all of you, that you WANT to see something like this really really helps.

Anyway, ya, not sure where we're going to be going with stories yet. Outside of this little writing project, It's been hard getting Lunar City stories done, but hey, if people wanna see my tales again, I still love writing. And I love bringing stories to life that you all enjoy too. Going back and Re-reading comments was one of the things that helped me when my depression got bad.
