Any Suggestions for Giving a Cat Medicine?

Have another 4 and a half days where I need to give my cat antibiotics. It's a wrestling match holding her long enough to try to get her mouth open. Not sure how much I actually get in her after she spits at least some of it out. Any advice from other car parents?
