Emergency: Simple Freezable/Lastable Egg Recipes?
Hi guys a friend generously got us $200 of groceries but I accidentally left two cartons of eggs out overnight which means I need to cook these things fast before they go bad. I'm upset about it because it means less options and less food for later unless I can freeze whatever I make from them or make something that will last longer. I know quiche is an option but am curious to know if anyone knows anything else I might be able to do so I'm not just making one thing.

Can be frozen in an ice tray and transferred to a freezer container or freezer bag.
Thaw overnight in the fridge or in a bowl of cold water. Can be used in scrambled eggs, omelets, frittata, etc., anything where beaten egg is used. Also can be used in baked goods.
Frozen eggs will keep up to a year. They should be used immediately after thawing.
