I've been plagiarized!

Well, not so well, it turns out I woke up today to the wonderful news that I was plagiarized.
Turns out on DeviantArt (now a fucking dump of crappy AI), an AI "creator" user plagiarized one of my commissions, this one to be exact https://www.furaffinity.net/view/61392997/
Well, I was so disgusted that it was the exact same pose, the same character I had created for a user, the same settings. That's my TF, that's my work. They don't have the slightest shame in admitting that they "worked" it from my own work.
Now, I politely asked that user to take down that image, as it obviously offended me, not only because it was the same, but because, of course, it's censored so he could sell the uncensored version. He agreed to remove the image, but it was more like reluctantly, using the AI plugin he uses in Krita as an excuse.
I never thought I'd ever go through this. I thought I wasn't "popular" enough for this to happen to me. The worst part is that this guy has a huge amount of AI-generated images from other furry and TF artists, Kuma (TF) for example.
The truth is, I'm annoying because I've spent 5 wonderful years sharing TF/Furry with you, 5 years in which you've seen me grow and progress as an artist. My art from 5 years ago doesn't compare to what I draw today. Am I annoying? Of course!
It takes years of dedication, study, effort, and sacrifice for a snob to do what I spent two weeks or more doing with a click here and a click there in an hour.
Now, Deviant IA-rt is trying to report that image, but since I'm just a visiting user (I don't upload my work on DA), they can't do anything. They're really messed up.
I'm just sharing this with you: if you see images of AI plagiarizing any artist's work, report it, or at least try.
While here, your friend Kai doesn't charge for revealing censored images, here we are uncensored until the law allows us to.
If you read to the end, a big hug, I love you all. ❤️

I think some of the typical rage on some sites seem overblown but the age of a has definitely been a age of declining worker power not just in art but the workforce. Though most ire seems to be like generated at like kids or parents from working families or weird gooners making stuff that used to be on e621 blacklists beforehand.
With how things are, theres a fair chance its just gonna be skimmed past and forgotten. I think even for ai. Its more seen as like something to mess with like a dnd placeholder for when your murder hobos said they wanted to slay a dragon but started attacking and killing random villagers and shopkeepers instead and a 2 week notice isn't gonna cut it.
But it typically summons like a pretty splitting reaction, especially from yeah reddit or da.
Call it a bit jaded but I know people laid off or finding entry level careers removed. Ceos pocket the savings and what people seem to often direct the torches on seem often to be assuming people trying to make it week to week by are solely out to get them and not stressed out at times too.
But then again someone just really plagiarizing works with a img to ing filter and trying to sell porn or nsfw versions for like 10$ and racking up like 200$-500$s at times selling "adopts" for uncensored so pictures or going to second life or vrchat can feel off to me.
Like I think there are some full on blockheads that think if every non physical job got automated and replaced with ai, entry, mid, and late level. We'd all get star trek space communism with little fancy jelly meatballs and posh cucumber lemon spritzers while making art and golfing all day.
I think history has shown that people thought the same in the 1800s at the first steam machines. That if a machine could do the work of 5-10 men in a tenth the time. Society would have each man work a hour in leisure instead of hiring children to do child labor to make the looms faster.
Im pretty sure that if ai replaced everyone, entry, mid, and high, business owners would declare profits while laying off everyone. Probably fuck a database or leave crucial holes. And even at the best there's still definitely a desire for commission art to have all the sparkledog pcs in hyper specific scenarios. Like Tf is a pretty common kink and for ai to do something it needs to have seen it a thousand times.
But for a excel wordsheet of a former accountant or translator or coder or therapist vs a therapist, people have to ask if a human made excel spreadsheet is worth 300$ for them over the human touch on traditional art.
Truth be told, a lot less people kinda seem to give a shit if a person trying to feed a family they don't hear about loses a job than if a person with 10,000 watchers loses one.
I also kinda feel like there's a social cliquey /pay for popularity kinda angle as well not even in a bad way. Like people paying for ai porn to be uncensored is kinda just weird and probably just them. But another piece will probably get viewed by hundreds to thousands.
But on the flip end if job security is shit even if you have the sexiest fursona, or if most of the times you'll just get like 1-2x "I would fap" kinda messages. Like isn't that the problem with trying to replace real life with fantasy.
If everyone had poverty in the real world but you gave them second life property they'd still starve to death because none of it was real though. People still do need physical stuff to eat and live in. And even though nobody dreams of having a soul sucking job or the robot they thought would be a mini butler take their job instead, we kinda do live in a society stockholders value return on investment over... Loyalty to the people who got them there.
If there was a button to restore job stability and all that in one click I wouldn't mind. But frankly when I hear about people calmly accepting how their life opportunities and families can't destroy or eat or find work while the rent is due. And no response to thousands of applications only to be ghosted over and over in previous times really makes me glance.
There are multiple stories of people who were told degrees were the million dollar difference not in basket weaving but rigorous fields, and I've done a bit of drawing and went back and did another. I get how relaxing trying hundreds of brushes while people fawn over you and give god worship and prices can sometimes range from 2$-300$ a hr based on who bites with some of the most literal remote flexible work that also brings what you and your audience likes to life.
But I'm greatly alienated by how so many people frankly only seem to feel like yeah, the community grew up. A lot of people with bills and student debt can't pay bills on art trades and charcoal vs sponge vs smear vs oil vs paints vs sculpture studies.
I've heard of people who got nearly 239,647$ of student debt, who need to make 2397$ monthly interest payments admittedly from ignoring all caution signs that going to a private school without a job lined up would be a bad idea, but also people from esteemed schools like Berkley.
None of this is good, but times are unstable, unless you have something heavily monetizable like a well. Frankly high in demand product people want to buy lots of (cough porn) vs abstract art. Frankly a lot of what sells seems to objectively be the erotica.
Honestly its less the machine existence for me and just growing up realizing that if we all tried to live in a happy funland everyone drew and art traded without meeting bills, we wouldn't have a utopia but just bills for most on the back burner.
Even the banner of Dragoneer while seen as a inspiration is still a morbid story if you peek too deeply at it. Guy heavily supported the arts, funded the sites on millions, probably neglected his health with a fair amount of e drama.
Then he died medically bankrupt of a lung infection having his art and tributes outlive him. For some that's a inspiring message, for other its a reality check from hell.
I don't want people not to make it or cackle like a goblin, but I'd rather keep the friend circles that generally treat people as people like a bro squad, and go jet sking or BBQing or hunting than sign up for more e drama in this unstable economy.
Like I get why people would love art and want to do it, and acknowledge a lot of commercial success is probably finding enough to make ends meet.
Im just tired of the reality reminders from hell that someone could have the kinkiest art out there and be swimming in debt or one layoff away from no savings, poverty or a health scare. And frankly I've just skeptical of relationships where people treat you well at first if you bring them money but raise hell if you stop or struggle for any reason in this unstable economy.
I keep hearing stories of people who look like they made it but live in credit card debt at home. Average home owning ages shifting from 20s to 40s. People are working jobs without knowing if there'll be stability, even if it's a good one as you see 10000s cut or outsourced every day while ceos declare they laid off families they promised raises to, for a 4% quarterly earnings.
If one friend group worries about the economy and says "You gotta take care of yourself and make sure your ends meet", and the other goes "Stfu idc" it makes sense to move on from one.
Well that if they're not the type who believe the 10 year ago stereotypes but color me shocked that everyone lives in a era where it's. "If someone has a viewpoint different then you, ignore it and label them evil".
There's two side of echo chambers and im not blaming anyone looking at job security but im not blinking my eyes at the 90th time if i talk to my friends, even if we disagree it feels like everyone has a perspective. If you talk against the tide in a fandom, people are gonna go with the most upvoted same opinions. Ai isn't good for job security but unless you're a raving lunatic about it.
Someone online is gonna judge your worth by how much porn you buy or produce while someone else is gonna talk about how their pension plans are going or their monthly leech friend who always needs money but becomes toxic if you give and stop. Maybe not furry art per say but your choice of vices, drugs, or rising costs of living with higher costs of rent.
People still talk about how hard their life is while they'll announce a sketch opening and get 1600$ of furry art orders. When i was a kid the fandom felt like it was all about creating and having a fun time, people drew, doodled and traded. The furry fandom was seen as a second home, but the more i was told to look at the cracks by my buds, the more i see them.
It's not bad art and the stuff people make is kinky and good for a certain kind of stuff. People still value the hands on stuff for sure. But it really is a fandom one of the martyrized people literally spent their life savings and died while their real life decayed. In here a martyr, to others a reality check from hell.
But yeah sure, everyone that thinks differently from anyone else on the internet is a robot made to disagree with them. While people see spenders as paypigs, job stability is the lowest we've ever seen in the market for 90% of people, entry level jobs are fucked.
Life attached people are worried that the costs of home ownership are skyrocketing, and other folk are commenting on furries buying suits and traveling while knee deep in credit card debt.
Both sides frankly have gooners who just stare and jack off to porn all day staring at pixels while their life falls apart to shit. I'd rather spend time with the normies who give normal advice, listen and pointers on the market and opportunities than where people just argue over which hentai is more virtuous.
Also I have a job and two less shits to give about you, mate. Go find a job yourself regardless of what it is (just don't become an artist I know you would just generate all of that shit with no effort or care put into it.)
This is all a online fourm post where it really just seems like full on a lot of overseas people don't really even see to see countrymen as people paying their bills but bloodbags and meal checks.
I'm not even taking some retarded hurr durr homelessness is DA fturure! when we all live in basements, we'll get star trek communism, cuz capitlaism always gives free shit when completely unregulated instead of child labor camps.
But it really is self evident that even though i can hold fully different opinions with my other group, they consider them, even if they refute them.
Meanwhile that other guy just listens to their own ass and jacks off to more porn to get the last word.
Either way, we're all just people on the internet anyways. If people find 1000s that want them sure and even despite all the blunder people sell plenty. You just won't see me there. I've had enough of shitheads and i don't need deadbeats to tell me i need to 'prove' myself to work 5x harder to 'earn' the right to appease some antisocial recluses when the normal folk already treat me fine.
Yeah there's no free rides and maybe we all have to chip in and laugh and holler together and work and get things done as a team or group boating on a trip or figuring life out while watching the investment bankers talk about their latest scores.
But as they point out, this whole sthick is like trying to appease a npd /bipolar gf without the actual gf for virtual furry porn. Well not people trying to make a living and pay their bills, the crazies.
Who half the time dont' even fucking purchase anything anyways, and are usually unemployed people below the age of 20 who live in other countries who seem to see people as wallets from what it seems like anyways.
Running art thru AI is theft.
Your journal here isn't about people prompting stuff bc they can't draw/can't pay someone to draw for them or whatever. This is about someone literally taking your work, your PAID COMMISSIONED WORK FOR A CLIENT and feeding it to some bs generator. I almost hate people coming into your jorunal comments trying to defend their one-off things (when it isn't about them) as much as I hate the people that do this stuff and pretend like they aren't thieving someone else's hard work, skill and effort.
I'm really sorry because this sucks to see and deal with.
