I wasn't able to submit my finished proposal until late last night, were last minute submissions taken into account when you made your selections?

I apologize in advance if this comes off as blunt, that's not my intention... just bad at forming my thoughts

Yes they were! A lot of people submitted at the end of the day yesterday. I got about 40 new entries when I woke up! A few of them got selected, but again it was hard to get everybody!
