Some thoughts

Hello everyone. I rarely write journals, but I would like to share a few thoughts.
However, from time to time, things and work take up a lot of time.
So there may occasionally be delays in uploading arts.
I will continue to try to upload something every week, but sometimes it won't always be possible.
Sometimes I draw too many versions of the same art. I hope this doesn't uncomfortable you. What do you think about this?
I'm still thinking about trying to do art raffle. Or maybe it would be better to do a YCH raffle, considering that I have quite a lot of sketches.
Also, some people have been asking me about commissions, so I'm thinking, maybe I should give it a try?
In any case, these are just thoughts for now.

Though, it does kinda concern me how much data FA is supporting to keep the image hosting aspect afloat. I personally try to mitigate my upload file size, but that's just me being paranoid of using too much space.
I suppose FA would notify users if there wasn't enough resources to continue the service.

It seems that the administration has enough resources to keep the site running.
Also, if I'm not mistaken, they moved the gallery to new data storage a while back.
So, they're doing a pretty good job of keeping the site up and running.
If they had encountered any difficulties, I think they would have definitely notified us about it.
(And I would be likely interested if you did take commissions ;>)

It seems like I really should think about doing some commission work.
That's a oddly pessimist way too view things .... Albeit now. when I realize how petty and clownesque some people can be online... i'm not anymore surprised if someone would find offense in that...
You usually upload theses in bulk at the same time, i hardly see how that would make someone unconfortable.
Contrary to someone who'll space them out and would feel very spammy to do so (I actually unfollowed someone because he was frequently spamming with YCH reminders... and i don't mean just one or 2 times )
Looking at it this way, it seems that having multiple versions of art in a single upload isn't a big problem.
Some of them may have many differences from each other, others not so many.

Yeah, maybe commissions could bring a little more variety, it's definitely worth thinking about.
As for commissions, I would love to commission some artwork from you! The hard parts would be pricing and advertising as you’d want to price it with how much it’s worth to you. But don’t forget that doing some trades is also another possibility that you can explore as well!
Other than that, keep it up!

Yeah, there is a lot to think about when working with commissions.
On the other hand, trade can also be an interesting option.
In any case, if I have any thoughts on this, I will definitely make another journal.
