What about if parents actually monitor and take care of their children? Oh wait that would mean actually not allowing a tablet to raise a child, mommy and daddy wouldn't get a few extra bucks working overtime just so they can get more into debt buying cars and extravagant vacations they don't need in a given economic class range, or simply mommy and daddy just want to spend most of the time watching shitty movies without Timmy bugging them. Lets be honest, society wants the government to solve all their problems (Even back in the pre 50s the FCC censored TV.). Society in a way almost deserves it.
