I've come across a scalie named Iggy who has been in the fandom for a while and is in need of a kidney transplant. Seems to be another kind person who's been fucked over by health. Him being in the US, I imagine this is even harder to deal with right now.

I don't normally do signal boosts, but this felt important enough to do so. I am not in the US and am broke, so there isn't much I can do. But maybe sharing this here will do some good.
