It's an xbox 360/ps3 era open world driving game with action powers and the ability to zap your consciousness out of your body and into the body of anyone driving a car in San Fransisco, it's pretty good.

It's sad too, I'm pretty sure if Atari still owned the rights, they'd probably do something with the IP, considering Atari is actually publishing video games again.
