When was this update?! (Topic: Shouts)

Good morning, evening and everything in-between.
I just checked the Shouts page, and it turns out that (when I wasn't looking), Shouts were updated so now we can scroll back in time and see everything folks posted onto our page. I got really sad when a shout would scroll away because it was the 13th newest one, and now we can go back and see all of them (with 4 buttons and a page-select to make the act easier). Did this update just drop three days ago, or was this changed even further back!?
