I don't know how long I'll be gone for, but just wanted to give you a heads up in case I miss a week.
I am going to the hospital, because I've been having unbearable pain for days on end.

UPD: I had a full day of tests and the doctors found no threat to my life. I returned home. I hope I really don't have appendicitis.
