Yeah have Story setings in my head but i kinda struggle to put them into written words aswell.

So, I would ask what you feel might be the biggest hurdle? Is there something you distinctly notice between science fiction and fantasy that presents a small or big annoyance that keeps coming up?

I can't speak to it much myself, but Brandon Sanderson has an entire lecture series that he put on his YouTube recently
