'w'! Some specifications on the phrase! "Notices buldges OwO What's this" is a bastardization frequently used by groypers to transvestigate or attack transgender people. They've also used the normal quote of "Notices your bulge" to mock and insult furries in various tasteless ways.

Further evidence to the groyper connections: Bella Ciao is in two groyper wars playlists, as well as used in an ironic mocking way by the groups. "Catch this Fascist ^ > vvv" is a reference to Helldivers 2, a game where you're fighting against communism and 'fascism' while also literally being in a fascist authoritarian state (it's a satire like Starship Troopers), but some people are lost on the satire (The steam discussions on HD2 updates are evidence enough on that...) The "If you read this you're gay lmao" is just a meme, but it's really common for people who are groypers to use Gay as an insult or way to mock someone.
