Heyyy, I was visiting my lil brother over the weekend and had issues with the hotel I initially booked. I had selected the non-refundable option so when I had to change the dates (it was literally from the 11th to the 12th), I could online but it didn’t go through to their systems and I was labeled a no-show and charged anyways. I was able to get refunded one of the two nights I was charged for. I feel so frustrated, but luckily I’m at a point in my queue that I can take on a few more commissions to help cushion the unplanned $150

My turn-around time would be 1-2 weeks for this intake - depending on the complexity of the commission.
