I've got a question about candy from the '70s
a week ago
Yig-ped!
When I was a kid, my three favorite candies at the movies were Junior Mints, Raisinets, and... a brand of chocolate drops I can't remember the name of.
They were plain milk chocolate, no nuts or anything in them, and they looked a bit like Hershey's Kisses, except flatter, and octagonal in shape. They were obviously extruded from a nozzle shaped like an eight-pointed star.
Can anyone tell me what they were called?

Though, typically, they were used in cookies and other confections. I've never seen them sold as stand-alone candies.
