Today's the Fall Equinox! One of two days a year where there's a balance between light and dark. Now's the time for reflection and appreciation of the many gifts bestowed upon us by the Goddess. It's also time to prepare for the God's rest and the cold and dark that ensues.
This is the first sabbat after I decided to dedicate myself learning more about Wiccan beliefs and practices. I think I'm going to set up a small altar this evening and formally introduce myself to the Goddess.

Our primary observe is the cross-quarter days, with Beltane on the horizon and Samhain for yourself! I hope all the days between come with much kindness and joy for you, so that you may observe them in q place of reverent comfort.
