Minor updates to commissions pricing

Made a couple small updates to my pricing:
- lowering the discount for wing-its from 10% to 5%. They save time in theory, but since any folks willing to choose this option aren't as likely to ask for changes to begin with, it's not as viable as I thought.
- For comics, adding dialogue will cost an extra $15 per page.
- Raised the prices of bust drawings (and waist-up for some tiers) a little. I've come to realize I generally put extra effort into facial details on busts, so my previous calculations for timing weren't very accurate.
I hope that's not too inconvenient! I'm still figuring out the best way to price myself.
