I hadn't realised that I'd forgotten to update people on here. After doctors discovered a heart impairment on an echocardiogram I had a few months ago, I have since been diagnosed with heart failure. They don't know the cause yet but I'm having a chest MRI in two weeks.

My cholesterol is normal but I have high blood pressure. I've eaten fairly healthily and exercised regularly for most of my life so this really is a bummer. The cause of it will determine whether I die in five years or live another forty, so waiting is unpleasant.

But, that's where I'm at right now.
