1. General Terms
★ I am an artist working under the nickname FjolletTigeren (FjollTiger) or prettygreentigeress on platforms such as FurAffinity, Twitter (X), Bluesky, and Telegram. You can also find me on Discord under the nickname prettygreentigeress. I work exclusively in digital format and provide all artwork in digital format. I do NOT use AI in my works.

2. Commission Process
★ To place a commission, please contact me via DM with your request and a reference / colored image of your character(s) (unless the order is for a reference sheet). Please note: I am not a native English speaker, so kindly use simple and clear words, preferably supported by photo/art references. I may ask clarifying questions if I cannot understand your idea, and I ask for your understanding.
★ After the commission is approved, I will send you a sketch (within 1–5 days depending on workload / situation in the country) and expect payment. The standard payment window is 7 days, but extensions can be discussed in certain cases.
★ Important: I work on commissions in order of payment! If you ordered before someone else but paid later, priority will go to the one who paid first.
★ After payment, I make all revisions and begin working on the piece. The drawing process is divided into three main stages: detailed sketch, intermediate render, and final render. I usually send 1–2 work-in-progress images, but can provide additional progress updates upon request.
★ The commission includes up to 3 major revisions (complete pose, angle, background, or lighting change), up to 10 medium revisions (limb positions or placement on the canvas), and up to 20 minor revisions (clothing, accessories, fur/eye color, etc.). Please note: major revisions are done at the sketch stage, medium revisions during the intermediate render, and minor revisions can be applied after the final render is completed.
★ Standard turnaround for a single commission is 3 weeks from payment. This timeframe accounts for various unforeseen circumstances. Please note: if the character is complex (wings, extra limbs/heads, complicated coloring, or unusual design), the deadline may be extended by +2 weeks. If there are 3+ characters in the artwork, the timeline is also extended.
★ Important: If you need the commission by a specific date, notify me in advance so we can discuss options. If the required deadline is less than one week from the order date, an urgency fee of +50% applies. However! Please note that I live in a conflict zone, so deadlines may be affected by circumstances beyond my control. PAYMENT FOR URGENCY IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

3. Payment Terms
★ For Commissions: Payment is 100% due after the rough sketch. All revisions are made ONLY after payment.
★ For YCH: Payment is 100% due immediately after the auction ends. You have 48 hours to pay; if ignored or unpaid, your bid will be canceled. Extensions are possible for up to 1 week.
★ Payment via PayPal. Please note: I cannot send invoices due to account limitations. I can also accept one-time payments via Patreon or Ko-fi. Payments are made in USD.
★ After payment, please provide a screenshot or receipt. I will start working on the art only after the money has been received.
★ For amounts over $400, installment payments are possible. Please note: work on the artwork will begin only after full payment.
★ If payment is made partially or a long time after the order was approved, I, as the artist, reserve the right to refuse the order and return the full payment.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
★ Full refunds are only possible if the work has not been started (for YCH) or has not progressed beyond the rough sketch (for commissions).
★ Partial refunds may be possible if I, as the artist, have significantly delayed the completion (more than 6 months from the order date). Please note that I live in a conflict zone, so minor delays due to circumstances beyond my control are possible.
★ In all other cases, refunds are not possible.
5. Usage Rights & Licensing
★ The client receives a non-exclusive license for personal use of the artwork (social media, avatars, personal projects).
★ Commercial use is only possible with a separate agreement and additional fee.
★ I reserve the right to use the artwork for portfolio, social media posts, promotion of myself as an artist, and advertising (with a note that it was a commission).
★ For a private commission (no portfolio/publication), an additional +20% fee applies.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
★ Personal information and characters provided by the client will not be shared with third parties.
★ All details of the commission remain between the client and me, and all correspondence is confidential.
7. Turnaround Time & Responsibility
★ Standard turnaround for commissions/YCH is 3 weeks from payment. This applies to artwork with 1–2 characters and a simple background.
★ Please note: if the character is complex (wings, extra limbs/heads, complicated coloring, or unusual design), the deadline may be extended by +2 weeks. If there are 3+ characters, the timeline is also extended.
★ Deadlines are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
8. Additional Terms
★ If you want to use my original character (OC) for your commission or YCH, this must be pre-approved by me. Not all of my characters are available for use.
★ If you commission a character that belongs to someone else and do not inform me, I am not responsible for any resulting conflicts. I assume that you were given permission to use the character. All risks are on your conscience.
★ If you want to use a fandom character, I reserve the right to refuse or suggest a replacement according to my personal preferences.
★ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
