Seems to work for me, anything with the keywords I have marked gets the thumbnail blurred. (Maybe check one of the questionable ones to see if the keyword got unblocked somehow, or if it even has the word, too many people don't tag properly.)

I'm using the new layout of FA, not Classic, and it's working fine for me!

Sometimes cached data and cookies get corrupted! A quick test is to open the page in Incognito mode (Chrome), InPrivaye Mode (Edge) or Private Browsing (Firefox). If it works fine there but not in normal mode, you'll need to clear out cache and cookies, and log back in.

Well, it blurs them out, but has been working fine. Now if we could just get artists to actually add the tags.

Or perhaps you are thinking of Weasyl? Over there, if you block a tag it doesn't show up at all.

I'm talking about the blurring. When they first introduced it, it worked, blurring thumbnails and images containing blocked keywords. But now it doesn't blur them anymore!

Of course I am. But I have furaffinity.net allowed in both NoScript and uBlock Origin.

Ah, I was able to replicate it. It does happen if you are using classic FA.
Go to My FA > Account Management > Account Settings. In the Site Layout/Theme change the Template from Classic to Modern. Then save at the bottom (you will need to enter your password to save)

I'm using Modern.

That's the only way I could replicate it. So I think it is time to submit a ticket.

I learnt that it works by blurring all submissions by default (by putting the "blocked-content" class on all submissions) and then removing the blur if none of the keywords exist in the "data-tag-blocklist" attribute.

So if all of the submissions are not blurred, then either the javascript is failing to perform the blocklist check correctly, or the "data-tag-blocklist" attribute is not loaded correctly.

If you're already on the Modern theme and have javascript enabled, then it'll be an issue for a ticket. Have you tried in incognito and a different browser?

I suspect that the Major has put his finger on it.

Somewhat off topic... But I'm getting a little tired of FA, partly because of their poor-to-nonexistent support, but also partly because my art seems to get more attention on other platforms like DA and BlueSky. I'd start focusing more on DA except they have their own set of issues.

I'm having the exact same issue right now and it's really pissing me off, there's no reason I should be seeing all these unblurred submissions with tags the site knows I blocked rn

If it makes a difference I'm using FA on an outdated version of google chrome in incognito mode
