What's your favorite Halloween memory?

Halloween is approaching in less than two weeks, and everyone's so excited for the spookiest time of the year. How about you?
It's hard to pick my favorite Halloween memory, but if I had to pick one, it would be a tie between the Halloween when I dressed up as Jason Vorhees despite never once seeing a Friday the 13th movie as a kid. I just saw the trailers for the remake and somehow convinced my folks to let me dress up like him. It was a ton of fun to use the fake blood on my costume.
Secondly, the Halloween when I watched "The Shining" with my parents and best friend at the time. We'd never screamed and laughed so much at watching Jack Nicholson go crazy.

In 2017, a guy in my neighborhood dressed up as Pennywise the Clown, crawled into a storm drain in a curb somehow, and spent the whole night harassing trick-or-treaters. Legal? Probably not, considering he was saying stuff like "check your closet tonight". Funny as shit? Yes.

hmm... ill come back to this cause i remember drawing a lil comic about it! It was about not being able to celebrate it proper anymore and all that was left was mysteriously putting candy back into empty bowls; so the houses never thought they were ever too popular to not leave the last bite behind.

... that and leaving potions behind :D (they were just plastic beads but once within a 30 minute interval coming back to check on it, it was GONE and EMPTY) I was alone in the middle of the night!! What!!!! i think my night crawling on halloween was pretty fun :3 but probably not something id wanna do always XD i was trying to sleep under the full moon cause i thought since we were all born under a ceiling- it would break the most power-fullest illusions uwu
