Hi there lovely people!
It was aaaages ago since i last visited this site... O_o
If you read my last journal, you may know that i worked on Mandragora which took away all my time.
(The development was so intense my life was literally just sleep-work-sleep work for the last 5 years.)
Don't really want to bore you with details about game development and publishers, but in the end, seems like it didn't really worth it...
Long story short, we're not in a good financial spot to say the least.
On the good side, we moved to another country (because the atmosphere back in Hungary was unbearable...)
Bad side is that we are renting a cottage now and it's not cheap (we really don't have much option with two cats tho).
Aaanyways...
For now i really just want to check if there's any interest at all for commissions, so please let me know in the comments or in notes.
Not sure about the pricing yet, a lot of time has passed, but i don't want to charge too much, so that's something i have to figure out.
One thing is for sure: i will change the currency from $ to € so i don't have to exchange it.

game development is a very rough business. One thing I've seen a lot over the last few years is that publishers are actively causing a lot of problems. the indie scene is flooded because the best indies cant move up to AA status because of either finance or the so called AAA market aggressively screwing over anything that offers the slightest bit of competition with lawfare or straight up buyouts.
In terms of art (assuming thats what your last paragraph is about?) yes I'm interested in seeing you draw again. Some amazing tfs in your gallery and getting some ideas drawn would be of interest assuming my budget allows. Maybe draw one or two things before comms to get yourself back into the swing of things would be a good idea?
And yup, - thank you for pointing out that i missed a word, corrected! - my last paragraph is about commissions.
Yeah, i'm a bit rusty so i'll definitely do some warmup stuff to get back on track, thank you for the advice! :)
Yeah, insane how things have changed in a relatively short time in the industry...

"Unfortunately" we're working in the same company with my bf, so if it sucks, then it sucks for the both of us... XD
But hopefully we can manage somehow.

Well, theoretically the number's aren't so bad, but technically they are, because all money goes to the publisher first till certain amount of copies are sold (unfortunately that's just industry standard) and the company haven't seen any money from it yet (mainly because of the horrendous release on Steam).
(Á nem is tudtam, hogy magyar vagy :) És ja, "hanyatló" nyugat nagyon más világ...)
