Answering Questions

So I’m sure those that follow me regularly are interested in what happened to all my art and my disappearance. I’ve been getting a lot of messages in telegram and instead of answering all of them individually I’ll just do a quick recap here and do a Q&A in the comment section below.
1. The general thing is I’m having a lot of changes in my life and it’s becoming difficult to maintain several lifestyles so I was trying to trim some excess stuff that required less management.
2. Most or all of you actually know this about me already but I’m not technically a furry myself, rather, I have friends in the fandom and I got involved because some of the things I enjoyed were also enjoyed by the fandom (i.e. jackets and whatnot). Back in the day what someone told to me to describe the fandom was that they are quirky but VERY polite. It was true. I was amazed at how friendly and polite the fandom was. My special skill was never drawing (not compared to some of the amazing artist out there), instead I was more skilled at not judging peoples various kinks and whatnot and drawing the lewd anyway. After all…I’m into some strange too and I’m not one to judge ;)
3. The older I get the less time I have and I find carving out time for specifically art is hard. I want to step away but the trouble is that I keep getting messages related to stuff that was not even a part of the overarching content (think requests, trades, stuff I don’t draw, or critiques of content etc)
4. In combination to my getting older, I’ve realized that managing this (and other accounts) was KILLING my libido. It’s too much kink exposure, too often, and would just sap me of my energy for my real life relationship. So I’ve considered making a new account with a new sona and just restarting everything all over again like a fresh save file in Skyrim or something to that end. Others told me to just start clean here and make it a SFW account. I don’t know if that is a good idea since there would be those that follow me here for the purpose of the kink.
Needless to say I got a lot going on in the old noggin and it is nothing personal. Feel free to ask any questions below if you have them. I work a lot so may be slow to answer but there is an event on the horizon (couple months at most) where I will be able to do stuff again and assuming I have the energy I might be able to do some SFW stuff. (Jacket stuff is SFW in my eyes if there is no nudity). Another part of me is just telling me to let it be a fun memory and let it rest and focus on real world stuff. I figured this art stuff is going to be going away in favor of A.I. content someday anyway so I figured if I wasn’t able to compete with A.I. then I would draw for myself primarily and not share it here. Or maybe make a non-furry comic or even a graphic novel. Suppose I’ll have to wait and see.

1. The AI thing won't replace artists, I say that not as an artist but as a [don't share your power level].
2. Pretty sure you were skilled at drawing the lewds, T. the 100s of thousands of page views on FA, etc.
I didn't remember you not considering yourself a furry. You had a lot of good stuff, but eh if it gets in the way you want to live your life, you gotta do what you gotta do.

Don't worry, it is good to be focused in the important things you have...
2. Its generally a self identification. I am generally not a fan of "furry culture" but I like the art and some of the people, not the drama or clout chasing.
3. I think unsolicited request are distasteful. You posted what you made here for free, to ask for more is selfish. People draw what they like and are good at, I've never understood wanting something from outside that. I'd only send critiques after asking if they were wanted or requested.
4. I might have come for the kink, but everything you made was amazing. I don't know many others who make everything as fluffy and lifelike as you. Everything looked like something I'd want to pet or smush my face into because of the fluff.
I find AI distasteful and do what I can to avoid businesses that use or promote AI. Furry started as a group of artists and don't think that is going anywhere. Even if the world at large embraces generative images, art will always be made by people, especially in art centric communities like furry.
I'll have to be happy with the memories of the art that didn't make the archive. Good luck with where life takes you, if you come back here, I know I'll be in the crowd welcoming you with open arms.

So don't worry it's perfectly fine and understandable when you for whatever reason need a break or to step away all-together, take care of yourself <3
and also don't worry about AI, furries and people who like your art are the type of audience who value the effort and soul of the art made by people, me and others aren't switching to liking AI ever, so if you want make SFW art go for it, I'd love to see it ^w^ (I do mean it, if you're up to something again please let us know <3 )
but to be honest it's bit sad to see that entire archive is gone, is there any place where the art still could be viewed? or published again with some disclaimer, that you consider all that yoru 'old art'?
