Turns out I was hacked...
I re-installed windows for a clean start and Twitter has been working fine now and I hope it stays that way.
I think it was because early this year, the Youtubes started banning the regular anti-ads plugins, well the anti AdBlocks didn't work as Youtube found work arounds to make them not work, so I started installing a lot of plugins to not see ads, and somehow one of them might've compromised my
browsers, twitter didn't work after that, it always thought I was "someone else" trying to log in into my own accounts, so it always flagged me as being the suspicious hacker, because I probably was...
and I don't care much if an account gets hacked, it just tends to happen. I just change the passwords and re-upload everything, at worse, I would just re-start from scratch. The worse is knowing someone else is watching, being a creep for absolute no reason. I didn't loose the accounts, because I have that 2-Step verification with the phone codes, in just about every account, but something was def way off.
Thank you all who reached out in my last journal, with some solutions or personal experiences with twitter, and or expertise with the interwebs. It helped me stay calmer and composed. \o/

And again, I did tried un-installing all the plugins, I even re-started and re-installed all of my browsers, nothing worked. Only a clean windows re-install worked. I will def do more research before installing any plugins or addons to apps. Stay safe interneting out there all!
