I am reaching out ahead of my upcoming visit (Nov 21st) to discuss gender health and HRT, with a recent research article that I hope will help aid our conversation.

I (we) identify as a plurality system. I do not believe we have Dissociative Identity Disorder, but plurality has been a useful and self-affirming framework for us but also a source of internal contention around gender identity and decisions such as taking HRT.
