honestly you can go about it kind of like one of those puffy things that go under Victorian dresses and invert it using wire to support it and then more than likely 1/4 foam and then minkie for the rest of it. oWo

I've been thinking a bit, but do you think I could also, like, Hide a more sturdy "Husky" tail curl on the upper inside (Hidden by the wax top) and the rest be the supported cylinder?
