I'm not sure what genre you're interested in, and I'm seeing some good ones already recommended. Then again, I tend to go off the beaten path (mostly).

1)  Karno has serveral comics on his page, the drawback is with the more recent ones, he doesn't link to previous or next pages so you'll have to put in work to find out the start of the comic. That stated, here's an earlier one (url=https://www.furaffinity.net/view/27773082) which actually has the links: it's about his vigilante Savage Squirrel. This takes place almost immediately after another story (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/24399649/) which doesn't have the links.

2)  Sonne's Aberration
https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery.....erration-comic it's decidedly adult, but there is a story and deep lore associated with it.

3) Zandar's Saga by  Tegerio
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/933764 this one has been ongoing for eighteen years, it had some adult bits, but most recent page have been toned down (since he crossposts it from Patreon).

I usually fave the pages of all the comics I follow, but to make it nice and quick, I follow these:

 Firefeathers is writing a comic called Big Heart that started recently! I think you will enjoy it so far, I sure have ^^ It's about a cat discovering a beast~ They also have other comics but I have yet to check them out!
 alectorfencer has an ongoing comic called Myre. About a fox lady riding a cool monster beast~ The art is absolutely gorgeous!
 viktria has already been mentioned, but wanted to give her a shout out too ♡ She writes a lovely adventure story of a couple of odd heros, and does extremely wholesome and fun nsfw comics too ^^
 GTB23 has an ongoing comic called Swamplanders about a frog named Hooper who's a fisherman trying to catch the big one! It's delightfully fun and cartoony!
 stories-of-heroes does adorable little pokemon comics based on a hospital, where we follow the pokemon nurses trying to do their job. It's very cute ♡

I read a shit ton of comics on here! They're mostly NSFW, but there's some SFW too. I'm glad I found this late. I'll recommend some artists whose comics I follow and don't already see listed that posted a comic page within the last week.

I'm a fan of  Meesh's comics. They're NSFW and he alternates between M/F and M/M works. Currently he's on an M/F comic and he's got a backlog of several completed comics.

I like Not What I Was by DonQuixoteWolf. It's a cyberpunk dystopian future comic. Adult content, but non-sexual.

There's Solanaceae by DarkChibiShadow, an NSFW romance about a mage and a thief who play a dom/sub game which grows into real feelings.

 t0l0k does a lot of shorter, sillier NSFW comics.

I've been enjoying AlphaSabre's Into the Woods, a transformation comic about a divided urban human society and furry wildlife, where a human trespasses into the wild and comes upon a wolf. Horny shenanigans follow.

Lil_Melon writes a comic called STRAYS in PARADISE. He brings in a different artist for each chapter and I like seeing the different art styles. It's gory and horny and funny, no explicit sex but lots of bloody violence.

GaleTazzin makes a great comic. I saw him in the comments but he didn't self-promo, so I'll do it for him. Pink Ghosts is a hybrid comic, alternating between a page of prose and a traditional comic page, it features a group of mustelids on a mysterious secret mission while haunted by the ghosts of their past. The characters are well-written, the story is very compelling, and he's very good at updating consistently. Give it a read!

I've also gotta pimp my friend Mac's comic, Slumbertown. It's an SFW psychological mystery adventure about a dog named Romy, the newest resident of Slumber, a mysterious town where no one can seem to leave or remember how they got there. Romy works for the town's lost and found with two other residents, Boone the pygmy goat and Echo the hybrid fruit and vampire bat. They work to find things that go missing while also working toward the greater mystery of how they all got to Slumber, and how might they go about leaving. The art is very cute, and it's been running for 5 years with over 300 pages!

I've been intrigued by Vju79's The Inheritors. It's an adventure story about a high class cougar, Zudrec, a visitor from an "advanced" society to a land torn by war between the dragons and the wolves. He seeks information from ancient ruins North of the warzone. He runs into a wolf thief, Cobb. They form a shaky alliance as both seek to travel north through the warzone to get to their separate destinations. While they travel together the sheltered cougar learns more about the world and the hardships faced by the wolves. Some NSFW, but mostly "clean".

There's MikroGoat's Spotting Basil a romance/drama about an overweight pig named Basil and his weight loss journey. He falls for a jacked rabbit and deals with a lot of self-hatred and doubt for their size disparity. NSFW. I like the complex characters and the broader messages of self-acceptance.

 foxobox has I think three comics running currently. I mostly follow her comic Team Spirit on Comic Fury, but all of them are posted here. I'm a fan of Team Spirit's visual gags and I'm really invested in the plot. Team Spirit revolves around Maya, a kangaroo who gets possessed by a fox spirit wraith, Maggie, which is slowly absorbing her soul and transforming her body to match. They are currently trying to work together to find some solution that can save Maya, or at least make the transition smoother.

 thepurp is another NSFW comic artist who has several comics under his belt. The art is great, the writing is funny, imo, and he typically drops four or five pages once a month.

I wanna also throw out there  snoopjay2 and  azathura. They both do NSFW M/M and M/F comics. SnoopJAY also has incest stuff too in case that's a turn-off.

 glopossum also does great gay NSFW work, with a lot of trans characters.

I'm running out of steam so I'll stop here, but I do feel obliged to promo myself. I do a webcomic called Seeking Salvation. It's a gay romance/drama about two guys trying to figure out what they want out of life and each other.
