Let's all hope the Democrats stand firm... I don't have the greatest confidence...
If I lose my access to my HRT, which is what I have been saying they want to strip from us from the very beginning even though some now former friends said I was being dramatic and exaggerating, I do not know how much will to live I will retain.
It's already been hard enough as I have not had sufficient in-person access to my doctor for tests and guidance, and have, even with prescriptions, been doing this fairly blind. Not helping my personal anxieties about breast growth and the like.
And as one hell of an impoverished puppy, I have not had access to any basic surgeries either, such as electrolysis.
This year has certainly tested me on every level. I am very worn down. As a poor woman, a trans woman, and a disabled woman. I check near every "they hate me" box apart from skin color, and I am exhausted.
If they do steal my healthcare I do not know how I will react. I still do not live with my boyfriend yet and my current housemates, as much as they care, cannot provide me with with the hefty emotional support I'd need.
It would be a disaster. And I am only ONE example.

The people are suffering, and MAGA sees fit to ensure that every single thing that's actually contributed to this suffering gets worse, while pushing "culture war" nonsense that hurts more people just to try to keep everyone's eyes off the real issues.
(plus, puppy’s really cute.)
Granted not for the reason it should, but at this point it's still coming to the right outcome even if they use the wrong formula.
