A Dream About Yetis in a Carnival

Lately, I've been having horrible nightmares in my sleep about bad things happening to me while watching a certain popular animated movie about anthropomorphic animals. You know the one. It's really popular in the furry fandom, but let me just say one more time that I'm not a big fan of it for a number of reasons. OK, I'll shut up about it. But anyway, a few nights ago, I had a wonderful dream that took place in the year 2000. It was about finding four, five, or six yeti apes locked up in a cage in a summer carnival. I knew it was the year 2000, because while I was there, I heard a song called "Happy 2000" that was performed by some guy named Leon, along with hits like "All Star", "Mambo No. 5", and "Who Let the Dogs Out?" When I saw the Bigfoot or Yeti apes or whatever you like to call them, I felt really sorry for them. Those people who ran the carnival thought it would be a good idea to make them look like the Teletubbies, because I guess that's what they thought the kids were into back in the day, by painting their fur strange colors, taping a sheet of colored paper onto their bellies, and gluing hats with weird shapes to the tops of their heads. One of the creatures was painted to look like Snorlax from Pokemon. The cage was dirty and it smelled like absolute filth mixed with the apes' foul stench. I bet that must have been very stressful for those poor creatures to just sit behind bars while visitors tease them. They're wild animals from the great white north. They don't belong in these conditions. But at least there were some generous people who fed them treats like peanuts, popcorn, and bananas. It was a good thing that I noticed a key on the grass right next to the cage, so I would be able to go inside, visit the creatures, and set them free so they could go on a violent rampage and attack people. Later on in that dream, I treated myself by getting a Reese's Blizzard ice cream treat from the local Dairy Queen.
