Life updates- not currently open for GP offline comms.

I'm going to try to keep this kinda short-
Surgery went well.
Pathology came back as a grade 4 glioblastoma.
His mental acuity is recovering but he is still not fully there (it is unlikely he ever will be).
His emotional control is akin to that of a 3 year old, currently, and his Dr. believes that is the baseline (it will not get better).
My siblings and I have had to take over all his finances.
Clean up on his house is going well, he currently is not able to walk more than a few steps so there are ramps being installed through his house etc.
My family and I have spent hundreds of hours cleaning out the hoard. It's been an absolute nightmare.
I have missed TONS of work time, and my savings are about wiped out.
What I can expect for the next year is having to check in or spend a few hours at his house daily. The average expected lifespan with this type of cancer (because as soon as it's removed it starts growing back) is 6-15 months. Hopefully long enough to get his affairs in order and let loved ones make some memories with him.
As such... I am not currently open for general public offline commissions. I simply can not promise the work will be done by a specific deadline; and so I am limiting my offline work to known and trusted clients who are understanding of the situation.
I'll post another journal when I feel I can take on some more offline work.
Right now it's just too chaotic in my life... and I certainly would not be able to ensure work done by Christmas.
I WILL still be doing my best to stream on the weekends. So if you're wanting some work please do try to pop in then- as it's the only time I can for sure schedule work hours.
Also disabling comments on this one, because again... this is not a 'woe is me' journal. Just kind of letting ya'll know what's going on as far as scheduling etc.
