What I'd like to see for a new starter pokemon!

THIS IS A SUGGESTION TO NINTENDO!
I've been thinking...if Nintendo decides to get ready for a 10th gen pokemon release? Here's what I've been thinking about what I wanna see for a starter pokemon!
In Gen 7, we got the fire-type cat pokemon; Litten.
In Gen 9, we got the grass-type cat pokemon; Sprigatito.
WHY ISN'T THERE A WATER-TYPE CAT POKEMON AMONG STARTER POKEMON?!?
I can see the said pokemon being a starter pokemon within a said region based on a nation that is NOT known to normally snow even during Winter in real life...which would be very fitting. (Especially since many cats that live in hotter regions actually LIKE swimming in water, when the weather is hot...no, seriously!)
Examples of such countries that could be good inspiration for the said region where a water-type cat starter could be among the 3 starter pokemon you can choose from:
= Brazil
= Ecuador
= Jamaica
= Mexico
Besides; if a water-type cat pokemon among starters EVER happens? That means we'll be able to have 3 different cat pokemon starters (each from a different region) as the starters you can choose from, within a NEW "Pokemon Legends" video game, set in both the Kanto AND Jonto regions!

Which would DEFINITELY come in handy as the available starters to choose from, for a spin-off set in both the Kanto AND Jonto regions...within "Pokemon Legends: Mewthree"! (A possible new video game.)
Ideas for the said legendaries:
= Mewthree -> Gatekeeper Pokemon. Like Mewtwo, this pokemon is cloned from Mew, but due to the way it's body is formed, and with DNA evidence revealed, it is NOT in fact, another form or variant of Mewtwo...but instead, a pokemon that provides stable connections between the Ultra Dimension and the other worlds. It is also an Ultra Beast that has been seen in the Kanto and Jonto regions before, but the evidence of it's existence had been hiding in plain sight for generations! (Type: Psychic)
= Rocon -> Roc Pokemon. This legendary bronze bird pokemon, which is related to the said legendary bird pokemon of the Kanto and Jonto regions, confirms that Rufflet and Braviary ARE in fact, non-legendary species of pokemon that are in fact, RELATED To legendary bird pokemon! (Types: Rock / Flying)
I'll also have to write down further ideas.
