So, here I am, finally going through the official medical circus monitored by the hospital. I'm in good contact with a psychologist, I've been assigned a new endocrinologist (hormone specialist) and I know which steps will be taken in the near future. I received my first official batch of hormones sanctioned by the hospital, so GP prescriptions are no longer neccessary.

Within a few days my hormone levels should be back to normal. The pharmacy gave me an alternative last time, which did fuck all. Too low a dose AND it was a gel instead of a spray. Gives for some interesting and painful side effects (joint aches).
