Bucky's Rule 18: There is nothing wrong with trying to get brown nose points BNPs to look good in front of a superior, just don't get stupid. In other words don't go making it difficult or hurt others while trying to achieve that goal. Things don't work as well if you ask your crew to work with one hand tied behind their back.
