Commissioning me means you agree to the TOS!


General 🌸

What I, the artist, can draw:

- Ferals, Anthro, Furry
- SFW and NSFW
- Any gender, genitals, species
- OC, fanart

What I won’t do:

- Scat kink and babyfurs/cubs


I draw upon a visual reference. No written descriptions. Small written details are fine as long there is a visual reference.



Permission to use Characters & Age Restrictions 🌸

You certify that you have written permission to use any and all characters featured in the art, whether they are yours or someone elses.

You agree that you are 18+ at the time of ordering.

Order Declining 🌸

I may decline to take your order if:
- You delay payment. I have the right to decline your commission if you do not pay within 48 hours of my requesting payment.
- I feel I will not be able to complete it to the standard it deserves.
- I am unable to finish the commission within any time limit you may have imposed.
- I am unable to understand what you're asking for in your commission.

Payment 🌸

Payment for my order is currently only made through Boosty! And the payment is made in full and in advance!

Communication will be handled via FA notes, Telegram or Discord.

Image Rights and Distribution 🌸

I, as the artist and copyright holder for an image, are permitted to:
* Post your art online anywhere I wish, without permission from you. EXCEPT in cases where it has been previously arranged to keep the commission private.

You, as the commissioner, are permitted to:
- Post the finished commission to your FA or other websites, giving credit to me as the artist wherever possible.
- Use the commissioned work as an avatar/icon online, giving credit wherever possible via a link to my FA.
- Use the commissioned work as a badge, poster, or other personal item.
- Print the commissioned work for personal use.

Refunds 🌸

Respect my work and time. You know what you are paying for - take a look at my gallery before commissioning. I take no refunds.

Alterations 🌸

Any and all alterations to the work (with the exception of minor colour related changes) MUST be made at the sketch approval stage.

You will be sent the sketch for approval before more work is done, if you do not like what has been drawn at all, you're entitled to one complete redraw of the sketch from scratch. Please provide additional details of what you would prefer if the entire sketch is not to your liking.

Colour related changes (such as changing the colour of a marking or tattoo) are usually able to be made after the commission has been completed. These are the only free changes allowed after the commission is complete.

Each fix on the finished artwork is $10.
