Great beginning of the year: my bank accounts will be arrested in 7 days. Why? Because one bank sued me: I totally screwed up with one of mom's credits which I got after her death.
Trying to get a loan using my apartment as collateral, the only bank agreed to accept my mortgaged apartment, others have refused. But even in this case they're taking too long to process my application (most likely because of stupid holidays). Taking more commissions will not solve the situation, I guess: I owe $5185, it's just impossible to earn such amount in such a short time. I have 1/5 of it, but mortgage payment will be at Saturday and most of this amount will be debited. But I have no choice and can count only on commissions right now cuz any amount can help anyway.
Please don't write me about bankruptcy, I hear this every time when I'm opening emergency commissions: I wanted to use this when I had problem with tax service, but it's turned out that I will lose my apartment too.
